Hey it's time for the annual post-concert post again(: haha i bet everyone has been waiting for this right :D (okay maybe not) i spent a lot of time on this lorh! and i am sorry it came so late. i spent monday having a horrible headache and chionging work and tuesday chionging speech and today i had oral. so erm i spent tues and today typing this out okay!and it turned out to be so long!








20th july! the most memorable day of this year (: woke up at 8.30am (haha i am an early bird. right.) and washed up changed everything make up and stuff. then shiyun came over at 9.30 haha so that my mother can make up for her too (er but it turned out that both of us didnt look like we had make up on) and we left the house at 10.30 and reached the place at 11am :D i dont know why i am going through all these random boring stuff but i dont know how to start so haha. :D








we were all sitting on the floor praccing stuff and just sitting around. i didnt feel anything at first, to say the truth. no nervousness. no anxiety. just very scared. super scared. after that the sec4s came from school and brought all the instruments over from school. then we had lunch and make up. and then we zoutai-ed for one last time on that stage. our molou wasnt very good lah during zoutai though.



and time just passed super fast. and really fast. poof and it was like 430 already. before we knew it, we were all on that stage. tajike, qinwang, then various xiaozu songs and then gusuchunxiao :D (jovenna said it was boring can BOO to her!) then we had chundaoxiangjiang(i bet my yinzhun was off off off D: ) and then erm hlm(oh the irritating three notes got cancelled in the end cos of me :/) and molou(WE DID IT FINALLY thanks to ttk :D) and tianshan! and then we encored two songs :D so wonderful right! juhuatai(which turned out quite nice compared to our assembly perf one. thanks to ttk too :D he works wonders lah!) and tajike again!:D yay!



haha just thinking about that day i can just smile lah. even though i walked off the stage after gusu breathing uber deeply for dont know what and felt like crying cos it was just so scary, i didnt cry in the end. but i breathed super deeply for like minutes. scared myself. but didnt even have time to calm myself down fully lah then had to go onto stage again. (and i hate the stairs that lead up to the stage on the other side of the stage. they seem so unstable!) felt super useless though when i cant even be there to console people :/ sorry! but to say the truth. that was the one time i played gu su correctly leh. minus the scale thingy at the end. i hunned a bit heh. aiya. it's over already.



anyway the experience was great, really great :D until my memory fails me, i dont think i will ever forget it. (: oh and the j1s and j2s came into the backstage area after it ended. yay to them coming down! and thanks for the roses, chocolates, sweets etc :D yay! oh and thank you yiyang for the bday present and sheena for the rose though she cldnt come! and celine for the rose(: and vianne for the rose, and seniors for the notes and weiyi for the sweets and chocolates and juniors for the notes and koko krunch! thank you everyone! (: oh and we had yoshinoya dinner at plaza sing after we left the place :D yay. and shiyun and i reached home at like almost 11 heh.

zhengxi; yay! thanks for the bday present :D didnt really get the chance to know you before this year haha. but at least now i know you like jiro :D haha the whole co is in love with fahrenheit :D okay not the whole co lah but still :D yay! oh and thanks for putting in so much effort yay :D next year we are the sec4 batch already scary right. but i know we can do it de :D yay thanks for being a nice batchmate yay :D we should talk more hmm.

izabel; haha yay you improved so much so much! but hor still can improve lah hor :D hmm but your yinzhun is good! you can be our tuner for the rest of the year and next year haha! yay! even though you missed quite a lot of pracs before concert day itself, you still managed to catch up so yay!

yuqing; to say the truth i was rather pissed at you at the start lorh. what with me organising extra pracs for you and you always couldnt make it! it was quite arghs lah. but yay you came for more pracs finally and you improved like by lots and lots! yay and thank you for your efforts! dont worry okay! your snr here thinks you will make a great prefect! :D and you arent lousy and arent being looked down upon alright (: and be more confident in yourself too.(: yay thank you! and i am sorry for being a mean snr D: hmm but i dont think u will see this though.

Yifei; thank you so so so much for everything yifei! (: we all know you are a very busy 牛仔 but still thank you for everything :D yay yay! we really appreciate all the efforts you put into xianyue into helping people improve and for everything basically :D thanks for being so tolerant too! you should take bus more often then we can walk out of school together and talk crap again :D oh and sing more! wo jiu shi zhe yang!~~~ haha. love you yifei! we will stand by you no matter what yay!(:

Shiyun; yay to going home together haha. haha yay to correcting my qizou! and yay to about 2 years of friendship. jasselyn; yay got to know you a lot more during this period so yay! thanks for putting so much effort in xianyue(: you are a wonderful SL and you are so pro can! -makes me jealous- and i loved your hair during concert! suits you lorh (: yay thanks for helping xianyue so much :D and although ygygls are still as scary as ever, thanks a lot yay! and you are scary when you are being very serious lorh D: yay for everything! and dont forget to come back often alright yay! and yay to you coming for dinner with us! love you!

willette; yay very crappy snr from gaohu. what is luo di sheng gen? tiffany; hey you! haha i think you are very crappy too! :D haha i have crappy juniors! person who got sad when wls didnt let erhu2 play that particular part haha. hey you are also taller than me! boo hmph. why are all my jnrs taller than me! anyway thank you for all your efforts you! the seniors really appreciate them a lot a lot :D first concert together :D

koshae; super tall gaohu junior who's very pro too! haha hope you had wonderful memories of your first concert with us. you are very lucky to have 2 vch concerts and 2 syfs lah. i have to agree with yingxin on that! heh. good job for concert!

airiel; pro junior! first concert with us in your first year in rgs! haha first milestone with rgco (: like what leevoon said :D haha you are lucky to have 2 vch concerts and 2 syfs too! haha. good job for concert!


yay! i hope i didnt miss out any other concert performer from xianyue!

concert'08 is really an experience i will never forget for life. from those intensive tuesday extra pracs to those pracs i had with chenjie to those pracs zhonghu had. from those dazus when we can barely play molou to the concert day itself when our molou turned out superb(in my opinion that is). from the day that we heard the tianshan recording and saw the tianshan pu and went "omg can we ever play at that speed? and omg look at those high notes" to the day when our tianshan was used for so many events haha :D and now from the day the sec4s'07 stepped down to now, 2 weeks from handover. from being little sec1s back in 2006 to now. time really flies lah. this year's concert is a totally different experience from last year's but still i enjoyed both as much :D except that this year i didnt cry heh :D and i have to agree with claudia. our batch grew so much stronger through all these stuff yeah.

just thinking about those days when i worry about myself, worry about whether zhonghu can ever make it for concert and just worrying about my qizou, and those things that happened in between and those things that happened weeks before concert, i really feel quite happy now. zhonghu made it in the end(all our worry since last year was unneccessary haha :D yay thanks to vianne!) my qizou though not perfect is still acceptable (to myself lah that is) i wont deny it that at a point in time, i really could not bring myself to believe that we can do it. i really couldnt even though i know that rgco's chionging spirit will make concert a success in the end. and i wont deny that i cried over stuff. i cried over my uselessness, and my inability to make a difference. i couldnt even believe that i can do it. even till today, i dont really think i can do it. but there was a need to be strong or at least have a strong front, to remain happy or at least look happy and i think i managed to be strong and stay happy for the week leading up to concert.

no matter how afraid we all were, concert was a success :D and we should all be proud of ourselves! for praccing hard(: and for a successful concert!

i have a lot more to say. but i can never expressed them in words lah.

and anyway, thank you cassandra!(: without you and yubo i dont think rgco can ever make it ;D yay to our chair and vchair :D

and also thank you wls and ttk! (: without them we wont ever make it either right! for always being so patient with us yeah! and even as we talk and make noise during dazu, they are still as patient with us lah! :D and wls was nice enough to help us da pai for qizou somemore for fear that we gan pai! and molou and juhuatai turned out so nice cos of ttk :D
