HAPPY NEW YEAR

Had the most eventful new year's eve by far LOL usually im just at home at watching pathetic channel 8 countdowns year after year after year.....
STEAMBOAT IN THE AFTERNOON + DESSERTS IN THE LATE AFTERNOON + DINNER AT NIGHT + SNACKS/FRAPPE AT LATER NIGHT LOL that's all i did today EAT EAT EAT :D

Met up with sec4 friends yiyang, jov and qianru for steamboat buffet at bugis area~ wanted to go for buffet at kiseki BUT THEN since it's new year's eve, the price is like sky high and unaffordable for students like us, so steamboat is good HAHAH :D got crab even leh lol
walked along tan quee lan street and decided on xian de lai and the moment we sat down it started pouring like crazy outside hahaha and then we sat there and ate and ate and ate for hours their handmade noodles were nice yumz.
after lunch was dessert time and we bought a few to share hahaha the special sawdust pudding they had at JI DE CHI was nicer to look at than to taste haha or maybe we just tried the wrong flavour (green tea) oops.
and then cos it was pouring non stop for hours, we were stranded there till 5 plus before the rain became a very light drizzle and then we went back to bugis where we walked around hahaha
then we dispersed and it was time for xianyue dinner

dinner was at saveur i actually thought the duck confit thingy was nice and i loved the mashed potato HAHA it was enough for me though it wasnt enough for the guys at all hahah the portion was too small for them. (but i think the chicken one had a much much smaller portion) and then it was walk around raffles city in search of more food HAHA best fries forever +J.CO
then sat at j.co for damn long till we were chased out at 10 plus and then everywhere was so crowded we had nowhere to go and i needed to come home and so we went home after standing around for a while hahah

SO... HAPZ RIGHT LOL
and the thing is im like q awake now -.-

it's 2013 already, this needs some time to sink in.
2012 came and gone. seems like it was non existent probably cos i was wasting my life away jan-mar, may-july. but yet it was memorable thanks to my first ever work experience (which isnt really worth remembering actually and really q short to be considered substantial experience), first ever concert with RACO, first ever driving lesson (which became history lol cant rmb much about it), first ever trip to Europe, first ever semester in uni.
so many firsts, it's probably not as much of a waste as i thought it was hahahah (:

so happy new year guys! let's hope that 2013 will be an even better year! (though till the end of 21/12/12, many were still thinking that the world was gonna end haha)
