today is probably the 2nd last time i will step into RGS in my full school attire ie pinafore haha. but today marked the end of my life in RGS ): these four years were full of ups and downs, highs and lows, happiness, sadness, anger whatever whatever whatever. even though i sometimes wonder what will it be like if i didnt choose to come to rgs back in p6, i have never once regretted coming to rgs (: many people think that the students of RGS are all extreme muggers who are arrogant and cant be bothered with others but this is not true! RGS does have people who are nice and friendly too!(:

WENYI'S JOURNEY IN RGS (:
i came into RGS knowing only 2 people.
but secondary 108'06 gave me friends like carissa, shi tian, shi ting, chern hwee, ruo jun! no matter what happened, whether or not we are close now, it was and still is a fact that we were once close friends eh? being cle reps with lena under the charge of our form teacher ms s. ong, we were given the responsibility of taking care of jovenna ie making sure that she goes down for recess everyday. haha. then it was time to choose our CCAs and i only went for two trials hahaha(i was that lazy or uninterested in the rest of the ccas haha)--one being CO(duh) and the other one being handbells(which i didnt get into-.-) and i was then part of the biggest cca in rgs: RGCO. but i was asked to play the suona! yeah i was once part of chuiguan haha..but somehow i came into xianyue and made my first friend in xianyue, yifei!being antisocial, the both of us volunteered to stay in the classroom when the rest of xianyue played games haha. after every prac, we have to go home right? and there was this person who takes 132 every time after prac and even though we were on the same bus, we never once spoke to each other. until one day, we became friends haha and that person is none other than the person who shares the same birthday as me, shiyun! because of shiyun, i got to know another person in xianyue who i never once noticed because that person looks so dao and due to the fact that the way we actually got to know that each other existed in xianyue is too (inserts word) to be mentioned here, i shant mention it. that person helped me scan geog fa answers when we werent even close but that started our friendship aww and that person is... claudia! oh and of course we were split into our different subsections and i was sectionmates with vianne, zhengxi, jiahui, valerie and yixin!
2007 was the year i changed my class. secondary 206 allowed me to know new friends (: shi tian was still a part of my daily life aww but i had new friends like prisyong(who's in australia now), sheena, hejia! we started doing RS and even though we were doing CHINESE RS, it was so much more enjoyable with shi tian and qianyu as my group mates! in co, we had new subsectionmates and they are none other than izabel, yuqing! sec2 was also the most eventful year for rgco, given that we had syf and concert..
2008 was the start of our upper secondary life. at the start of the year, i knew only dayna, cindy, jovenna and yujia in 303 but i wasnt close to any of them then. but then i got to know jovenna better and new friends like esther, yiyang, eleanor(who tried for yme with me!)! and a wonderful lab partner who burps as and when she likes(even when she's in formal attire at fam) and who is super efficient during pracs named sandra!but life with 303 didnt end...being on the same CMPS team, zanthe, sheena, shiyun, carissa, woonki, jovenna, alifya, xiaomin and i shared many many memories too! what with all those last minute proposals and reports and addendums! and the change of our teacher mentor and how we went to chaoyang and spent time with the children! (i realised this spans from last year to this year!) oh and we got a new junior in co for zhonghu and she is none other than chenjie who thinks that being 16=old and another new junior named koshae who sits beside me during dazu before the syf arrangement..oh and shiyun joined deanna and nicole and i in our learning lab math class(:
2009 marked the transformation from 303 to 403! i got to know qianru and wenjing so much better..and had my FAVOURITE TABLEMATE cuier who loves abusing me and trang so much! she also sleeps in class but her results are still FABULOUS and her sciences are like POWERFUL!and this year's birthday was spent with sheena, zanthe, jiayun(who i dont really know haha) and shiyun! sec4 also means OPTIONS! i didnt make new friends during my pharm chem options haha cos i was forever sticking to sandra -.- but of course there was shihui who also takes 132 and who was in 206 and who went for that jiang o level tuition course!lang arts options allowed me to know zhangjie and jiaqian so much better, even though we still got 2 for our grade haha. that's my most heck care options leh -.- oh and of course i didnt forget my geog coffee options with ms foo! i got to know yingting, tzegek and yunshu so much better and of course claudia is in the same class too! being the loner from 403 who is so supportive of this options, of course i stuck to the ppl who i knew lah haha..we went out for nice potato wedges at TCC and nice pork floss toast at toastbox and nice nyonya kueh while doing our assessment report haha (: we also had the experience of a lifetime(haha =.=) going to starbucks learning centre and became coffee tasters and learnt how to make latte and listened to presentations while we sipped our vanilla lattes and ate our nice food (: haha but then options ended and then came CHINESE Os!but before that was intensive tuition every night for 2 weeks (minus fridays and saturdays) at JIANG and i was sitting beside shi tian and claudia! the highlight of the year other than arts fest was FAM! (: and on that very day, claudia's mother(THANK YOU!) did shiyun's, yingting's, claudia's and my makeup at my house (: and then my father fetched zhiqi, qianru, shiyun and me to hilton hotel for that very special day! on that very day i walked and walked on my 3-inch(i think) heels feeling TALL for once(taller than usual lah hor) but complaining a lot after time passed and my feet hurt. and of course i envied those with higher heels than me who can walk without showing signs of pain =.=
and then came rgco farewell 09(201109). time flies and even these year's major event like syf is over long ago already! we used to be the ones bidding farewell to our seniors and now it's our turn to be the ones leaving haha..
other memorable moments of my four years at rgs includes going home everyday with shiyun, being part of YWVSC with yifei, vianne, claudia, shiyun , my idol-chasing experiences with claudia, the first concert with my idols SHOW LUO and JOLIN TSAI i ever went to with claudia , the ____ experience (shhhh dont say!) with yiyang, jovenna, sandra and wenjing , ETCETCETC.
these people made my life in RGS so much more enjoyable and meaningful! and of course i am sure there are people i left out but dont worry you guys are very important to me tooooo!:D
and now, as i bid farewell to RGS and say hello to RJC/ RI(JC) (even though i can say hello to the building anytime i want =.=), i want to say a BIG BIG THANK YOU TO THE ABOVE PEOPLE WHOSE NAMES ARE BOLDED AND THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO PLAY A PART IN MY LIFE IN RGS! :D
